Air cushion has excellent performance on leak-proof characteristic, pressure resistance and tensility strength .
 
 
Film is made by polyethylene (PE), it is a typical hydrocarbon, can be recycled, contains no other hazard substance and can be biodegraded completely. This is the environmental friendly material without second pollution.

  Advantage of inflatable packaging
  - Saving storage space
    Air cushions are made on demand. Storage space is only needed for film which volume is just 1% of useful air cushions. But huge storage space will be necessary for other packing materials. Air cushions can reach the minimum storage space waste certainly.
  - Saving shipping cost
    Comparing with other packaging methods, cushion is filled by air. The ultra-lightweight helps to reduce shipping costs.
  - Saving labor cost
    Due to auto-inflating technology and the program controlling for numbers of air cushions on demand, it is quick, clean, and easy to operate. Each operator can monitor and control this equipment on his own.
